What trends are currently associated with men's jackets?

men's jackets

Fashion is no longer just a matter for women, so we meet more and more men who are interested in, for example, which men's jackets are currently trending . The autumn and dry weather is coming, in which you simply can't do without a jacket, so why not choose one that fits well and will also look good.

Men's jackets come in a variety of colours and styles, from leather to leather jackets. It's a shame, however, that it often happens that men care about fine-tuning the overall outfit, but they don't care so much about the jacket. However, I would like to point out at the outset that if you have a sports jacket at home, you should really only wear it for sports, because it is not very suitable for everyday life these days. So how do you make the right choice?

What material to choose for a men's jacket?

As already indicated above, there are many materials. Of course, choose the material so that you are not cold in it and it is windproof. In autumn (from my personal point of view) leather jackets and so-called bomber jackets dominate the most.

Leather is a timeless and universal material that, for example, looks great and stylish when combined with a shirt. Leather jackets have their fans both among the young generation and the older one, which is a testament to their universality and timelessness. They can also be playfully combined, for example, with a simple t-shirt and sneakers, thus achieving the so-called street style. In addition to the quality of the leather itself, when choosing, focus on details and accessories such as stitching and zippers. You can find more tips for autumn outfits here.

Army style a khaki

However, bomber jackets are also a fashion hit, which look a little more casual compared to leather jackets. This year, they are sold a lot in army style (camouflage patterns) and in khaki colours, which can then be combined well with brown, which is otherwise difficult to find an application in the wardrobe.

It should be noted that a burgundy bomber jacket also looks great on men, but it depends on you which colours please your eye. Don't be afraid to complement the bomber jacket with, for example, various patches and iron-on patches. The bomber itself seems more or less simple, so such patches can be an enlivening element. The biggest advantage of bomber jackets is that they can be worn almost everywhere.

Colours that suit men's jackets

When choosing colors for a men's jacket, you tend to come across neutral colors depending on which season you are buying it for. While autumn is dominated by muted tones, in spring it is better to go for brighter colors. In the autumn colour palette, you will most often come across – black, brown, grey and dark shades of green and blue. On the other hand, in spring, you tend to reach for beige and light brown shades.

Leather jackets look best in classic black shades, but shades of brown are not to be thrown away either. In any case, when choosing a men's jacket, keep in mind that you must feel comfortable in the given color. When choosing, avoid bright and flashy colors, after all, it is a universal piece of clothing that should be suitable for both social and leisure activities. The solution may be to buy at least two jackets. If you're looking for inspiration and quality jackets for women, check out Nerio.

For the winter, fur coats will be used - even in men's jackets

You might think that a fur coat is shunned by men's jackets because it is a purely female wardrobe accessory. But the opposite is true, the fur is also penetrating men's wardrobes. We can notice this not only with celebrities (e.g. here), but slowly and surely this trend penetrates into everyday life as well. Not only does this combination look good, but it also keeps you warm. As for colors, as mentioned above, winter prefers neutral shades. On the street, you will mainly meet shades of black, grey and blue. But even a khaki down jacket/windbreaker complete with a fur coat will definitely look great on you in winter, and you'll also be pleasantly warm in it. What more could you wish for?
